A huge part of having an enjoyable life is taking care of yourself and your loved ones by providing them with super fresh, super delicious, nutritious, and healthy food. Our Watermelon Yogurt Bowl featuring gluten-free Siggi’s Icelandic style cream-skyr yogurt is part of our healthy lifestyle. We have looked at the labels of a lot of yogurts, and Siggi’s story on their label. Why? Well, how about these pretty good reasons:
- low-fat
- gluten-free
- all-natural
- no aspartame
- no sucralose
- no gelatin
- no artificial colorings
- no preservatives
- no high fructose corn syrup
- no rBST
Like all parents, we just want simple and good food. And so, good parenting at times involves scrutinizing the small print on the labels representing what’s lurking inside. Who wants horror stories and trying to decipher obscure and unpronounceable words? We admire and respect brands that take a simpler and wholesome approach to making food. And with Siggi’s, their goal is to deliberately deliver on the good, simple and delicious. Works for us. For more information go to siggisdairy.com
This all starts with a cup of Siggi’s Coconut yogurt. This was our first time trying coconut flavored yogurt, and we liked it.
Next, we piled on some of our favorite nutritious and delicious toppings like sliced bananas, strawberries, and plump blueberries. The almond slivers, chia seeds, chocolate macaroon bites, and hemp hearts and crunch and texture. Yogurt bowls are only as good as the sum of the ingredients this one has everything it needs to satisfy everything you like about yogurt bowls with tons of YUM!
This is one yogurt bowl that has bunches of yum in each lovin’ spoonful!
It’s no surprise; the good stuff doesn’t last long!
The good thing about building a yogurt bowl inside of a hollowed-out watermelon is the refreshing watermelon flavor that gets into the yogurt. So good!
