Vegan Veggie + Hummus Tostadas

- 1 tostada
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Sabra Hummus
- 1/2 cup mixed salad greens chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon green onion minced
- 1 medium yellow banana peppers thinly sliced into rings
- 1/4 medium cucumber thinly sliced with the outer skin removed
- 1/4 sweet red pepper thinly sliced julienned
- sprig of fresh cilantro
Prepare all veggies and set aside.
Spread hummus on one side of a toasted tostada.
Top with green onion, chopped salad greens, cucumber, sweet red peppers, banana peppers, and a sprig of cilantro.
Done and serve!
