Tuscan Salmon & Pepper Pizza

- Ingredients:
- 1 large pizza crust. Make your own or store bought
- 1 cup Bertolli® Riserva Marinara with Parmigiana-Reggiano
- 1 cup Salmon cooked and broken up into chunks
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Provolone cheese shredded
- 1 medium Heirloom tomato sliced
- 1 medium sweet onion sliced
- 1 medium Anaheim pepper sliced
- 1/2 cup kale chopped
Directions:
Prepare salmon beforehand using your favorite recipe
Preheat over to 450 °F
Ladle a cup of Bertolli® Riserva Marinara with Parmigiana-Reggiano onto prepared pizza crust.
Scatter a mixture of Mozzarella, Parmesan and Provolone shredded cheeses.
Add sliced heirloom tomatoes, sweet onion, Anaheim peppers and shredded kale.
Add a generous amount of chopped salmon and top with a bit more cheese.
Bake in over for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
