Toasted Strawberry Shots Cocktail with Vodka

Equipment

  • Culinary Blow Torch, Tintec Chef Cooking Torch Lighter, Butane Refillable, Flame Adjustable (MAX 2500°F) with Safety Lock for Cooking, BBQ, Baking, Brulee, Creme, DIY Soldering & more (Aluminum alloy)

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz. Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 1.5 oz. Smirnoff Red White & Berry Vodka
  • 2 oz. Strawberry Juice
  • 1 Whole Strawberry
  • 2 Tbsp Marshmallow Creme

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker add Smirnoff Red, White & Berry Vodka, dark chocolate sauce, and strawberry juice.
  • Add in two ice cubes and stir with a long-handled cocktail stirring spoon.
  • Fill a shot glass halfway with mixture and top with a whole or sliced strawberry.
  • Top with Marshmallow creme.
  • Use a chef's torch and toast marshmallow creme.
  • Serve.
