Recipe for Grasshopper Drink
Indulge in a classic Grasshopper Cocktail—smooth, creamy, and packed with rich chocolate and refreshing mint flavors. The perfect after-dinner drink for a decadent treat for St. Patrick's Day!

- 2 ounces of Crème de Menthe
- 2 ounces of Crème de Cacao
- 2 ounces of Light Cream or Half & Half
- Chocolate Syrup optional, for garnish or mixing
- Handful of Ice
- Grated chocolate or mint leaf optional garnish
If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass for decoration.
Fill a shaker with ice, then add 2 ounces of Crème de Menthe, 2 ounces of Crème de Cacao, and 2 ounces of Cream (or Half & Half).
Cover and shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with grated chocolate or a mint leaf, if desired.
