In a saucepan over medium-low heat warm the chopped dark chocolate with two tablespoons of whole milk, using a smalling whisk keep stirring the chocolate until it melts and becomes smooth. Add the remaining milk and heavy cream until the mixture to steam, stir in Ovaltine. Keep stirring until the chocolate mix is completely dissolved. The cocoa should be hot but not boiling hot.

Pour the cocoa into a mug and top with chopped Whoppers chocolate balls and mini-marshmallows.

Serve.
