  • Cheese Tortellini
  • Marinated Mozzarella Balls
  • Genoa Black Pepper Salami
  • Red Onions
  • Sweet Bell Pepper

Marinated Mozzarella Balls Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mini mozzarella balls
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp or ground sumac 0r sweet paprika

Instructions

Directions for Antipasto Skewers

  • Prepare the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. After cooking, drain and chill them immediately in an ice bath.
  • Prep the red onions and sweet red bell peppers.
  • Build the skewers by alternating the ingredients onto the bamboo skewer.
  • Serve with your favorite dip. I used a creamy ranch dressing.

How To Make Marinated Mozzarella Balls

  • Place the mini mozzarella balls in a medium bowl.
  • Add 3/4 of EVOO,1 tbsp of Italian seasoning, and 1/8 of sweet paprika.
  • Stir the ingredients to coat evenly.
  • Marinate for at least an hour before using.
  • When stored in an airtight container, they will last for up to 7 days.
