- 9 strawberries sliced
- 20 watermelon 1" x 1" chunks
- 5 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime juice
- 2-3 tablespoons of organic honey optional
- 1/4 cup chilled alkaline or filtered water
Slice the strawberries and watermelon and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Freeze overnight
Add the frozen strawberry slices, watermelon chunks, mint leaves, one (1) lime juice, and organic honey into a food processor or blender.
Secure the lid and pulse until all of the ingredients are well combined.
Add the chilled alkaline or filtered water to the porthole of the food processor or blender until you get the consistency you like.
Spoon into glasses and serve with a straw.
