The Importance of Self-Care
Self-care is essential. It’s one of the best ways to boost your mental health fast.
Living here in Michigan, our winters can be brutal. And it seems this winter is never-ending. With one snow storm and freezing temperatures after another, I am counting down the days until Spring arrives.
However, in the meantime, I will take my advice and print off this winter bucket list to keep my body and mind in a good place.
