Just about everyone loves cheesecake, but an entire slice is usually too rich for most people.

For your next holiday party why not try these easy and delicious white chocolate peppermint cheesecake bites instead?

The combination of white chocolate and peppermint makes it the perfect holiday treat while their bite size portions makes sure that nothing goes to waste.

White Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Bites

These cheesecake bites are perfect to share or keep in your fridge whenever you have a sweet craving.  Another great peppermint recipe to add to your list of peppermint recipes is how to make peppermint bark with Oreos! A great treat that everyone will love!

Ingredients for White Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Bites
  • 1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese; softened to room temperature
  • 5 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Peppermint Candies
  • ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Here's an easy recipe for White Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake bites Perfect peppermint dessert

Directions for White Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Bites

  1. In a food processor, pulse peppermint candies until fine. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, or in a stand mixer, whip the cream cheese for about 20-30 seconds. Add peppermint extract and ½ cup of powdered sugar. Mix on low speed. Slowly add powdered sugar ½ cup at a time.
  3. After all of the powdered sugar has been added, gradually turn the speed up until reach med-high. Mix for a minute or two, until everything is well incorporated. You may need to stop a couple of times to scrape the bowl.
  4. Next, add in your pulsed peppermint candies and whip another 30 seconds or so. Add in your white chocolate chips and stir until well distributed.
  5. Put your candy mixture into the refrigerator for an hour or so until it firms up.
  6. With your hands, form small bite-sized balls. Roll and then set on a parchment-lined dish. Continue until you’ve used all the mixture. Set back into the refrigerator for another 20-30 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
