Grab your cocktail shaker and whip up this whiskey and orange juice blush cocktail.
Sweet raspberry, orange, lemon, Pimm’s No. 1, and whiskey come together for a satisfying cocktail.
Whiskey and Orange Juice Blush Cocktail
Pimm’s No. 1 is a gin-based liqueur. It offers a sweet component that makes it such a great liqueur to add to a cocktail.
The whiskey and Pimm together really create a show-stopping cocktail.
The raspberry syrup is one of my favorite parts, as it offers that incredible sweet component.
What Ingredients You Need For Cocktail
Whiskey. So for the whiskey, you are welcome to use any brand you want. Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, all work great.
Pimm’s No. 1. The gin in this offers a fun twist to this cocktail. It is a secret ingredient for giving you that restaurant-quality cocktail.
Orange Juice. Make freshly squeezed orange juice or buy store-bought. I love the Simply Orange Juice if I buy it, as it helps give a fresher flavor.
Lemon Juice. I recommend using fresh lemon juice. You can buy bottled lemon juice but it doesn’t give you the right flavor.
Raspberry Syrup. Grab this and use it to dress up the cocktail with a nice sweet flavor. If you want you are welcome to make homemade if you would prefer.

Variations To Recipe
- Fruit Syrup – Swap the raspberry with a strawberry, cherry, or other fruit-flavored syrup. Feel free to alter the amount you add as well. Add more for a sweeter cocktail, or less for a more tart.
- Lime Juice – Skip the lemon juice and swap it with lime. I have done this with lime and swapped the raspberry for cherry and it was so good.
- Blood Orange – Enhance the flavor to a richer orange flavor with blood oranges. Just squeeze your homemade juice.
- Grapefruit Juice – Swap the orange with grapefruit juice for a tarter flavor!
What If I Don’t Own A Cocktail Shaker
Grab any container with a lid. I have used mason jars where it has a nice seal. Shake and pour your cocktail right into the glass just as you would with a shaker.
Can I Make A Large Batch Of This Cocktail
Go right ahead and make a larger batch. Adjust the amount of the ingredients used, and serve a larger crowd.
This recipe serves two. So feel free to double or even triple to serve up to 6.
A delicious way to end the evening with an incredible whiskey cocktail.
The citrus paired with the raspberry syrup offers a sweet and tangy component that will leave you wanting more. Pimm’s really elevates the quality of the cocktail!
If you have had a long week, make the drink. You won’t regret it! Cheers!
