Winter Tropical Citrus Cocktail
As we make our way through winter with the hopes of spring in sight, I’m keeping it together with this beautiful tropical cocktail.
It may not be summer yet, but the fresh fruit and vodka keep my spirits up and up.
This citrusy Mineola Paloma cocktail is everything a good cocktail should be.
It’s got quality vodka, fresh fruit juice, sweet in all the right places, and topped with chilled Pompelmo soda.
Actually, I want another.
This cocktail would pair well with our Rum Citrus French Toast.
