An Elf On The Shelf getting into trouble throwing snowballs around is a ton of fun. Your kids will love it, and so will you! Especially if you have snow on the ground outside like we often do around Christmas!
Snowball Fight Elf On The Shelf Ideas
Now, we have a simple snowball fight idea here that involves a few cheap supplies you may already have or can grab at your local dollar store. You can set this up in a few ways to suit your needs, but we have outlined our favorite below. However you manage to set up your snowball fight, your kids will love seeing this and other Elf On The Shelf Ideas we have to share with you this holiday season.
Supplies Needed:
- Mini white metal buckets (dollar tree)
- Black, red, and orange sharpie
- Cotton balls
- Red and white twine
- scissors
Directions:
1. On the front of your bucket write “snowball fight” with your black sharpie, leaving a space in between for your snowman
2. Now use your black marker to draw two polka dots for eyes and polka dots for a mouth
3. Then use your orange marker to draw a carrot nose
4. Then use your red marker to draw two small circles on above the smile for the cheeks
5. Cut a small piece of twine and tie it into a bow
6. Fill your bucket up with cotton balls and place in your elf’s lap
With so many fun and unique Elf On The Shelf ideas out there, this is a simple one to use. Many of us love the idea, but don’t have time for big elaborate things every night. This is one idea that is fun, cheap, and easy!
