Fall is the time of harvest, reflection, rest, and thankfulness.
The days grow short and the air chill, but that doesn’t mean the good times need to stop.
When it comes to fall, entertainment is about creating flavors that complement the season’s bounty.
Our Pumpkin Spice Margarita does just that, with the taste of pumpkin and spice taking center stage; the tequila is riding just beneath.
And if you’re a big margarita fan, another fall drink you should try is our Apple Cider Margarita.

Ingredients You Will Need
Orange Juice – The citrus really elevates this cocktail to a whole new level. I love using a fresh squeezed. Since this is a cocktail it is best to not have the pulp.
Orange Curacao – Find this is the cocktail aisle where you will find the club soda and other items for making mixed drinks.
Pumpkin Spice Seasoning – Trust me the pumpkin spice gives this that punch of pumpkin flavor that is truly incredible.
Anejo Tequila or Reposado – I found that these two varieties of tequila are delicious paired with the orange and pumpkin. You can try other tequilas but know it can alter the flavor slightly.
Pumpkin Puree Infused Syrup – I got the Pumpkin Real for this, but if you find other brands of syrup go right ahead. Don’t confuse this with pumpkin puree.
Ice – This cocktail is served over ice, so make sure to have some on hand.
Rosemary – This is an optional garnish but it really offers a gorgeous look to the cocktail.
Margarita Salt, Sugar, and Pumpkin Spice Seasoning – The rim offers a sweet and salty component that really compliments the margarita in a great way.

Can I make a large batch of this pumpkin margarita?
Of course. Feel free to whip up a pitcher to serve up your friends or family. Just serve it right away as the ice will melt and then it will water down the margarita.
Do I have to make it a slush style margarita?
No, if you want to skip blending the ice, go right ahead. You can make it and serve it over ice or shake and pour into the glass without ice if you prefer. Just make sure the drink mixture is chilled one way or another.
