Our Pom Cherry Whiskey cocktail mixes Pomegranate, Cherry, and a little whiskey swirled with a secret ingredient.
This whimsical drink is great for a nightcap or an impressive way to wow your party guests.
Either way, this refreshing whiskey drink is one to add to your cocktail menu bucket list.
Can you guess what the secret ingredient is?
Okay, let’s talk about this cocktail. A few years ago, I got into bourbon whiskey and enjoyed discovering the various bourbon extractions from distilleries nationwide.
My wife picked up a brown bottle from the Traverse City Whiskey Co. when she visited Petoskey a few years ago.
So, here is what I did with this bottle of pretty good whiskey.
I added some pomegranate juice, Maraschino cherry juice, simple syrup, whiskey, and rose lemonade soda (secret ingredient).
And garnished the beautiful thing with a cherry with a carefree scatter of pomegranate seeds. Not too bad, huh?
