How to make a peppermint margarita
Frozen Peppermint Coconut Margarita
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces Blanco tequila
- 6 ounces peppermint flavored vodka
- 1 1/2 cups cream of coconut
- 4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces orange liqueur or triple sec
- ice (2 trays of regular ice cubes)
- thin slices of lime for garnish
- finishing sugar or crushed candy cane for rimming the margarita glass
Directions:
- Using a wedge of lime rim the serving glasses with lime juice.
- Dredge the rims of the glass through finishing sugar or crushed candy canes (or both)
- Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until you get a slush consistency.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
- Garnish with whole cranberries through a cocktail stick and slices of lime.
- Serve.

- 12 ounces gourmet peppermint simple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups cream of coconut
- 4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- ice (2 trays of regular ice cubes)
