But the great part is, it only takes just a few minutes to whip up. All you’ll need is your favorite cookies and some awesome Don Victor® honey! And if by chance you haven’t heard of cookie butter, then you’re in for an incredible treat.
Yes, any cookie you can think of will just about work. Gather your ingredients and pull out a blender or your trusty food processor, and you’re ready to make some holiday cookie butter. For me getting the Don Victor® Orange Blossom Comb Honey Globe Jar and the rest of the necessary ingredients was a cinch. I was able to grab everything I needed at my local Walmart.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups butter cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons + honeycomb from Don Victor® Orange Blossom Comb Honey Globe Jar
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
In a food processor add 25 butter cookies and pulse until you have a 2 1/2 cup yield of butter cookie crumbs. But, depending on the size of the cookies you may need more cookies or fewer cookies.
After measuring out the correct amount of cookie crumbs add them back into the food processor and add the light brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, the Don Victor® honey, honeycomb, melted butter and cinnamon.
Pulse until the mixture is combined. Add more heavy whipping cream, light brown sugar, and melted butter to suit your consistency preference.
Store in a Mason jar type glass until ready to use or tie with festive green and white ribbons or add a bow for the perfect stocking stuffer.
Serve.
