Looking for a Milkshake + Pancakes recipe based on Disney’s Ralph Breaks the Internet movie? I’m sharing a super easy one you can make down below, plus the digital copy of this movie is now available, with the DVD copy coming out on February 26th.
Ralph Breaks the Internet Milkshake + Pancakes
Yesterday on the blog, I shared about my exclusive interview with Mark Henn. His story on getting to Disney Studios as an animator is inspiring. Did you know that not only is he known for drawing some of the Disney movies we know and love, like Little Mermaid (which comes home for the first time Digitally in HD, 4K Ultra HD™ and Movies Anywhere on Feb. 12, and on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray™ on Feb. 26.), but he also was the 2D Lead Animator for Ralph Breaks the Internet movie.
During our interview with Mark, not only did he talk to us about drawing Princesses, he guided us through a step-by-step of drawing Vanellope von Schweetz.
While drawing Vanellope von Schweetz, he shared a few little tips with us on how to draw her. Vanellope comes out of candy based game, so think of her body as a popsicle with two stems instead of one. Draw the circle for her head first, then create two stems as the base for Vanellope.
Mark mentioned her proportions are similar to Mickey Mouse. “She’s classically proportioned.” Mark was a great teacher in giving us step-by-step instructions on drawing her. During our interview, he shared how he get started drawing and gave encouraging tips for those that want to follow in his footsteps. So be sure to read his interview.
