What You Will Need To Make Our Aussie Lamb Sheet Pan Dinner
Rack of Lamb. We’re using Aussie lamb for this simple and delicious recipe, but only because it’s the best, and we picked it up at a local grocery store. Also, by using grass-fed Australian lamb, it requires less cooking time.
Vegetables. Here’s the thing about building the perfect Sheet Pan Lamb Dinner for your family, you can fill it with all of the veggies everyone likes, so the variety is limitless, just make sure there’s plenty of delicious Aussie lamb to go around.
Potatoes. I used both red skin potatoes and russet potatoes; just make sure you cut them into smaller pieces to ensure they’re done when the lamb is done. If you are using more substantial pieces, you want to cook them first, then add them to the sheet pan.
Seasoning. There is also a lot of room for customization when it comes to seasoning. I used garlic pepper and Old Bay seasoning but use whatever type of seasoning that’s going to put a smile on your face.
Oil. I used an olive oil and canola oil blend for this recipe but just about any cooking oil will be, I also love using walnut, coconut, and avocado oil.
Coming up with recipe ideas that our whole family can enjoy is important to us. Cooking with quality ingredients, fresh produce, and the best meat is also essential. This is why we love Aussie lamb. Not only are we using grass-fed meat, but Australian lamb products are lean and contain 13 essential nutrients.
