Here’s an easy breakfast idea for ya’ll non-dairy fans. Smoothie bowls, also known as yogurt bowls are quite popular these days. And our Kiwi, Blueberry & Mango Non-Dairy Yogurt Bowl may soon become a breakfast favorite. This one combines several fruits (Kiwi, Blueberries, and Mango) and lots of grains, seeds and nuts (Hemp Hearts, California Walnuts, and Vegan Oatmeal, etc.) to start your day off on the right foot! Go breakfast!
Kiwi, Blueberry & Mango Non-Dairy Yogurt Bowl
Okay, we can all agree that yogurt bowls are the cat’s meow. Who can argue with the deliciousness of the creamy, crunchy and fruit ridden combination? But what about the folks who are lactose intolerant? What about all of the guys and girls who run for hills at the slightest mention of dairy milk-based ingredients? There happens to be someone within our home with such condition. Dairy is mean to her, and so she doesn’t like dairy very much. For dairy took away her beloved Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey. Dairy snatched cheeseburgers and piping hot pizzas with extra gooey cheese. And finally, Mr. Dairy denied her all-time favorite comfort food, Mac-n-cheese! Yes, it is a sad story and proof that the human body can change on you in the blink of an eye. But it is exactly for those who can’t have dairy yogurt that I a created the Kiwi, Blueberry & Mango Non-Dairy Yogurt Bowl.
On a recent trip to Whole Foods Market, I was checking out their quite impressive yogurt section and chanced upon a tub of the So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative. We already enjoy the flavor of coconut oil and milk so how bad can yogurt be?
As it turns out, their coconut milk yogurt is pretty darn tasty. And with the addition of the fresh fruit, the crunch of chocolate covered hemp seeds and few other ingredients I can say with confidence that this yogurt was a definite success

When he set this down in front of me, talk about drool city! I’ve requested to have smoothie bowls for breakfast at least 1-2 times per week! I’m so intrigued by smoothie bowls, but I haven’t had a chance to try one yet! This looks really delicious, especially the chocolate covered hemp seeds – yum!

Mmmm!! This looks delicious! I have always added hemp hearts into smoothies but never thought to eat them on their own like that. We haven’t been eating as much dairy as we used to so this would be a great alternative to cereal.
