Does everyone love to get a little happy, right? We’re helping you get happy this summer by putting a few ingredients together.
I’m a big fan of Krakken’s Spiced Rum.
And, since lemonade is wildly popular to drink in the summer, I mixed a little bit of this and that to make a cool, sweet cocktail.
When the 5 o’clock bell chimes somewhere, the only thing you want to do is get rid of the wear and tear of the workday.
The Jamaican Me Happy Arnold Palmer will be right there to remove the anxiety and stress and put you in a happy mood.

How to make this Palmer Arnold Spiked
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 2 tbsp Country Time Half -n- Half
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Krakken
- 3 ounces Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy
- Ice cubes
- A sprig of fresh mint
Directions:
- In a blender, add 8 – 10 ice cubes, two (2) tablespoons of Country Time Half & Half Lemonade and tea mix, two (2) ounces of pineapple juice, one and a half (1 1/2) ounces of Kraken dark rum, and four (4 ounces) of Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy.
- Pulse the mixture into it is thick and frosty, like a slush or daiquiri.
- Pour mixture into a large glass and garnish with two (2) pineapple slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve.
Drink responsibly, and never drink and drive
