These sliders are a family game day favorite because although they’re easy to make, they also taste so freaking good. I start by cutting the King Hawaiian rolls. Don’t mind our King Hawaiian obsession but it’s only because they’re so crazy good it hurts!
Step-By-Step Instructions For Roast Beef & Turkey Sliders
For the Ultimate Roast Beef & Turkey Sliders start with King Hawaiian Rolls and pile on lots of deli meat, marinara sauce, pan-roasted onions, and loads of Mozzarella cheese.
To make six sliders we cut the twenty-four count rolls into four sections then use a serrated bread knife to cup off the top part of the rolls then top them each with marinara sauce. Now, you can make your own sauce or save time by purchasing a jar.
Next, pile on the cheese, I used a mixture of Mozzarella, Sharp cheddar, and grated parmesan. Can’t you tell this already going to be awesome?
For this step, I made three deli roast beef and three deli roasted turkey breast open-faced sliders. And I didn’t skimp on the meat!
Then I added more marinara sauce, and cheese, and I also added pan-friend red onions but caramelized onions work well too!
I slid the sheet pan into a 350 degree preheated oven and toasted the sliders just until the deli meat was heated through, and the rolls were slightly roasted, and the three-blend shredded cheese was all melty, gooey, and incredibly delicious!
Oh, and just because I topped each slider with fresh rosemary or thyme just because and ‘just because; is always a good thing!

I also kept the tops of the King Hawaiian buns, brushed them with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil and melted butter, and toasted them in the broiler until they were slightly brown and a bit crispy.
The fresh herbs add a nice touch to this recipe. So, if you want to put the tops on the sliders and make it a full-Monty slider sandwich then go right on ahead and handle your slider business. Bon appetite, enjoy!
