Your children will look like The Lorax himself when you give Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax mustaches a try. These Lorax mustaches are so simple to make, and you can craft them for just pennies each. Here is how you can get started making your own!
Easy Kid Craft: Dr. Seuss The Lorax Mustaches
Supplies needed:
- Striped paper straws (use any color or pattern you wish)
- Yellow craft foam (Dollar Tree)
- Scissors
- Glue
Directions:
1. Begin by cutting the mustaches out of the yellow craft foam. Don’t be afraid to freehand these. As you know, The Lorax has a bushy, fun mustache. Don’t worry about it being perfect. If you wish, you can cut
one out and then use it as the stencil for your remaining mustaches.
2. Apply some glue to the top of your straw. Press the mustache to the straw and hold in place until secure.
Once your glue is dry and your mustache is in place, it is ready to be enjoyed. You can use the Lorax mustache for a photo prop or even to act out the story yourself. However you decide to use the Lorax mustaches, you are sure to have some fun.
Gather your supplies and give these Lorax mustaches a try. They are perfect way to celebrate all things Dr. Seuss!
