Easy Juice Recipes: Pineapple Cucumber Watercress Ginger Lime Juice
Recently I talked about our journey with Essentials Oils and wanting to become a healthier person. Juices and smoothies are very popular right now. However, I’m not getting into them because of a popularity contest. I am reading and finding out all of the great benefits that juicing can bring! I’m really working on becoming a healthier person. Not just to lose weight, but to have more energy and feel better overall!
Here’s a recipe I put together combining cucumbers, pineapples, watercress and ginger! If you’re looking for an easy recipe or want to jumpstart your way into juicing, this is one to check out. With only 15 minutes of prep time, head to your local farmer’s market or grocery store to pick up these ingredients and get started!
Ingredients
- Large handful of watercress
- 1 medium cucumber, ends removed
- 1-1/2 cup pineapple spears
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- ½ lime, quartered
Serves: 1
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Directions:
Chill the glass by swishing with water and placing it in the freezer while you prepare the juice.
Make sure all produce is thoroughly washed before juicing.
Combine all products into the juicer of your choice {A good one to check out is the Omega J8004 Nutrition Center Commercial Masticating Juicer}
Juice until blended well!

Pineapple
