More than likely, it’s been a while. But when camping, you can easily have all the fun playing charades late into the night.

There is something so magical and wonderful about camping games that you don’t want to miss.

How do you play charades?

The idea behind playing charades is simple.

To play charades, you cut up the charade clues, fold them, and put them into a container. Then you divide the teams and have the first person draw a clue.

Without using words, act out the clue to the rest of your team members. Make sure you’re doing this by the campfire to add a fun and doable level of difficulty!

Set a timer for 30 seconds and see if your team members can guess what you’re trying to do! If they guess it, you get 1 point.

Charades are as easy and as simple as that!

Fun Ideas for Making S’mores

Keep in mind that there are many different s’more flavors that you can easily make. There are the regular s’mores of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, or feel free to branch out and try new flavor ideas as well.

My kids also tend to like various levels of doneness for their s’mores. Some like them super melty, while others like them not melted at all.

This is why it’s essential to let the kids make their s’mores so that they can fully enjoy the process.
