Our Blueberry Mocktail is a colorful and delicious drink, ideal for spring and summer brunch gatherings or anytime you want something light and non-alcoholic to enjoy.
We’re using blueberry lavender tea, non-alcoholic blue curacao syrup, tonic water, and a mix that gives hints of cardamon, cucumber, and mint shrub.
Blueberry Tea Mocktail
It’s easy to love our Spring Tea Mocktail, which is refreshing, delicious, and non-alcoholic.
It’s made with a blue lavender tea blend and sweetened with blue curacao syrup.
Fresh lime juice and tonic water are also topped with a premium non-alcoholic cocktail.
What You Will Need
Blueberry Lavender Tea. The mocktail and the ice spheres are flavored with a blueberry lavender tea blend from Tea Republic. We purchased this blend at World Market, but you can also find it online.
This particular tea blend contains the collagen-promoting blue butterfly pea flower, the skin-protecting schizandra berry, and the hydrating hibiscus flower.
Blue Curacao Syrup. I also used blue curacao syrup to add a sweet citrus flavor to the mocktail and the ice.
Lime Juice. Fresh lime juice was added to the drink to balance out the sweetness of the drink.
Tonic Water. Tonic water adds a bit of carbonation and a bitter semi-sweet flavor.
Havana Twist Premium Non-Alcoholic Cocktail. The Mocktail Club Havana Twist adds depth of flavor with cardamom, cucumber, and mint shrub. If you don’t have this particular ingredient, you can use an alternative of lemon-lime soda (Sprite) and a dash of ground cardamon, muddled cucumber, and mint. Note: this brand is now available at Target.

Can I use another tea blend?
Of course, you can use your favorite tea blend and even swap out the non-alcoholic beverage to top it with.
Keep in mind the flavor combination will not be the same.
Is it okay to use regular ice?
You can use regular ice, but it will change the drink’s taste.
The benefit of flavored ice is that it doesn’t water down the drink when it melts.
Can I make this ahead of time?
You can make the ice cubes and keep them in the freezer until the day of service.
The tea mixture can be prepared for spring and summer days ahead and stored in a pitcher with an airtight lid in the fridge.
