Air Fryer Taquitos With Chicken
The new Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven is the whole enchilada and then some! Why? Well, because not only does it air fry like a champ, but it also does the following: Air Fry. Air Roast. Air Broil. Its sleek modern design will look great in any kitchen, and it flips up, so when it isn’t in use, it doesn’t take up a lot of valuable counter space. We have a small kitchen, so small appliances with space-saving features are a must!

Recently, we used the air fryer to make this super easy Loaded Chicken Taquitos, and it’s such an easy recipe to put together. I cooked two large chicken breasts on the Bake setting, then removed them from the Ninja and chopped them up. I placed the still-warm chicken in a bowl and added the room temperature cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, green chili salsa, and mixed the ingredients.
And as always, don’t be afraid to switch this recipe up: if meat isn’t for you, by all means, go meatless. Seafood like shrimp or salmon is a great option too.
Then I added the fresh lime juice, Mexican style chili powder, cumin, minced garlic, red bell peppers, and sliced green onion and mix again.
Then when the taquitos are done cooking, top with some of your favorite fresh flavors. I used diced red onion, sliced heirloom tomatoes, fresh chopped cilantro, lime wedges, more green chili salsa, and of course, more four-blend shredded Mexican cheese.
