All this drink needs is a bow!
Here is what you’ll need:
Spiced Apple Cider. We love making this mocktail using spiced apple cider, which also works well with regular apple cider.
Orange Juice. Orange juice works, but you can also use mango or peach juice.
Gingerbread Syrup. Gingerbread syrup is the star of this mocktail, with its warming notes of ginger, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
Ice. Fresh ice makes the best-mixed drinks. Period.
Orange and Whole Cranberries. Thin slices of navel oranges and whole tart cranberries give this mocktail a sophisticated holiday look and feel. [ if you’re a fan of these two combinations, try our Cranberry Orange Mocktail]

Can I make this Gingerbread mocktail ahead of time?
Yes, when making batch drinks ahead of time, mix them dry, meaning do not add ice when mixing, then when you’re ready to serve.
Add ice to the serving glasses, and fill each glass three-quarters full, top with ginger beer.
Garnish each glass with an orange slice and three whole cranberries.
I am allergic to cranberries. Is there another red fruit garnish I can use?
You can use a sliced strawberry, raspberry, or maraschino cherry.
What does “dry shake” mean?
Concerning cocktail making, a dry shake means mixing or shaking the ingredients without ice. For instance, mixed drinks containing egg whites require a “dry shake” of at least 30 seconds to ensure the egg whites mix thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Ice is often introduced after the dry shake, or the drink is poured over ice into a serving glass.
Okay, you got the ingredients, so let’s make this mocktail!
It’s perfect for the holidays or any festive get-togethers (like a Gingerbread party) and uses minimal ingredients.
