- 1/2 cup chocolate mini eggs candy, or robin eggs candy, divided
- 4 ounces milk chocolate candy melts
- 2 ounces white candy melts
- 2 ounces pink candy melts
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 teaspoons pastel-colored sprinkles
Directions on how to make Easter Egg Chocolate Bark
- Line a baking tray with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Coarsely chop half of the mini chocolate eggs.
- Melt the milk chocolate candy melts in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour the melted milk chocolate candy onto the prepared tray and spread it out to a rectangle about 10 to 11 inches long by 6 to 7 inches wide.
- Melt the white candy melts in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour the melted white candy onto the spread-out milk chocolate candy. Use a toothpick to swirl them together lightly.
- Melt the pink candy melts in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour the melted pink candy onto the spread-out milk chocolate candy and white chocolate candy. Use a toothpick to swirl them together lightly.
- Working quickly before the candy sets, sprinkle the mini chocolate eggs (both chopped and whole), mini marshmallows, and sprinkles on top of the candy.
- Let the candy set before breaking it into pieces.
