Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar + White Cheddar

Solution: Here’s an easy four-ingredient appetizer recipe that’s not only easy to prepare but it features bacon, a vegetable, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and sharp white cheddar cheese.
That’s it. It doesn’t get any easier or tastier than this! And who doesn’t like bacon anything?
Also, the bacon can be replaced with turkey for those with dietary or other eating restrictions.
I seriously can’t think of anything easier or better tasting than these little bacon-wrapped treasures.
They are the ultimate finger food; the only problem will be making enough.
If you want to get creative, try adding wedges of thick carrots, potatoes, or chunks of corn on the cob.

Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar + White Cheddar
Ingredients:
- 24 Brussel Sprouts, cleaned with the ends cut off
- 24 strips of quality thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Equipment:
- Large cast-iron skillet
- Baker’s brush
- Sharp chef’s knife
- Cheese grater
Directions:
Prep: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse off the Brussels sprouts and remove the thick outer leaves and discard. Using a sharp chef’s or paring knife, cut off the bottom stem of the Brussels sprouts.
- Brush the bottom of the skillet with two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Wrap each Brussels sprout with a strip of thick-cut bacon.
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped Brussel sprout in the skillet until you can’t fit anymore.
- Brush the tops of the Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar.
- Place the skillet on the middle rack of a 350-degree preheated oven.
- Cook for forty-five (45) minutes.
- After forty minutes, open the oven, pull out the middle rack, and top the bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts with grated sharp white cheddar cheese.
- Close the oven and cook for five minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let the appetizers cool until they are safe enough to handle. Transfer to a serving tray or platter.
- Serve.

Cranberry Green Apple Sour Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1-ounce apple-flavored rum
- 1-ounce apple liqueur
- 1-ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- top with tonic water
- lemon slices
- whole cranberries (optional)
- ice
Directions:
- Fill a highball or Collins glasses with ice.
- Add an ounce of apple-flavored rum.
- Pour in the apple liqueur.
- A splash of fresh lemon juice.
- Next, add cranberry juice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Serve.
