Rhubarb & Strawberry Bourbon Cocktail
Riddle me this, what’s the perfect cocktail with all of the earmarks of summertime? If you love strawberry and rhubarb, then you are in for one heck of a drinking experience. The taste of fresh strawberries and the unique tang of rhubarb meld deliciously into this wonderful hand-crafted bourbon-based cocktail. I’m calling this one a summertime recipe since it’s hard to find rhubarb during the winter months, at least here in Michigan. This may be a seasonal drink for you, or unless you like to freeze rhubarb, so I recommend getting your fill of this bourbon cocktail as much as you can this spring and summer. I may have outdone myself with this beauty. Cheers! Salud! And down the hatch!

I’ve never had a drink with rhubarb before, so this is rather new to me. I may have to give it a shot just to see if I’ll like it, but I’m thinking with strawberries, I really can’t go wrong.
