Sabra makes delicious hummus, and our family can’t get enough! Our boys love it!
First, we started with 6 eggs, we hard boiled them and let them cool down in room temperature water. When the eggs were cool enough to safely handle we peeled, sliced and removed the yolk. Add all of the yolks into a large bowl and add a tub of Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Next, add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix will using a wire whisk or food processor until smooth. Spoon the hummus and egg mixture into a clean ziplock bag, press the mixture to one bottom corner and using a pair of sharp kitchen shears cut off the tip at an angle. Pipe the Hummus Deviled Eggs into the halved hard boiled egg whites. We topped each with rings of Spanish onion, thinly sliced English Cucumbers, and small sprigs of fresh cilantro from our family garden. And there you have it! Now, how easy-peasy is that? Vey easy-peasy and we think you’re going to love ’em just fine.
Okay, maybe not. How bout’ we just give you the recipes already? Yep? Yes, let’s do that!
Can you believe that with only five ingredients you can make this super yummy snack?! Thanks, Sabra!
